For better digestion.

Sharing a family meal should not be a stress test for your digestive system, it should be an opportunity to enjoy great food and company.

“I am happy when we all meet at the table. The table is the heart of the house and when they say that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, it holds even more true within the family! But it is not only about what goes through the stomach, it is also about how you can digest it.”

For better digestion use Mezym when you eat*

*in case of Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency

What Is MEZYM?

Mezym is a combination of digestive enzymes called pancreatin. Digestive enzymes are normally produced by the pancreas and are crucial for digesting fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.

Mezym is used to replace digestive enzymes when the body does not produce enough on its own.

Important enzyme in pancreatin is lipase that breaks down fats.

How to take MEZYM properly?

Mezym helps to lighten your stomach after eating.

Take Mezym when you eat. *

If you take one Mezym tablet, use it at the start of the meal. If you take more tablets use them gradually thorough the meals to mimic the action of your own pancreatic enzymes.

Drink a glass of water with the Mezym tablets.

Never chew or break the tablets, always swallow them whole. The pancreatic enzymes could irritate the mucous membranes in your mouths.

Pancreatin, the combination of digestive enzymes, in Mezym is of a completely natural origin. Preparations containing pancreatin are usually well tolerated and can be used for long-term treatment. **
It is a pancreas powder from mammalian pancreas.

The dosage of pancreatin is very individual, based on the severity of the existing pancreatic insufficiency.  General recommendation is to use 20,000 – 40,000 units of lipase, the digestive enzyme responsible for breaking down fats, with the main meal.

Read the complete patient information leaflet carefully before you start to use Mezym.
